Brown was a black student who was disgrimenated against and could not get into a school which had all white people so she sued to prove her constitutional rights.

Brown wanted her equality from the 1st amendment to be upheld.

9-0 in favor of Brown.

Schools can no longer deny a student access to their school based on race.
